This Saturday, the World Series of Fighting 16 event goes down in Sacramento, Calif. with a card headlined by the welterweight title bout between Rousimar Palhares and  Jon Fitch. Right now, the books are picking Palhares to defend the title he won last outing, as he is favored at (-150), with Fitch returning at (+110).  Interestingly, some have the Over/Under set at a very low 1.5 rounds for a five round fight, so there may be an opportunity to look at that either way.  The Over pays at (-155) while the Under is at (+115), so if you believe Fitch can weather the big rush that Palhares is sure to bring, laying the juice on the Over may be worth a look.

The promotion is offering a full card of 13 fights, with the main card if five fights airing on NBC Sports and getting lines up at the sport books, albeit at the last minute here.

Below, our veteran MMA blogger Miguel Iturrate takes a look at the lines for the five fights that are being offered at the sportsbooks.  The main card features fights from bantamweight to lightweight, and the under card is full of fighters that are considered up and coming.
