UFC Predictions – Henderson vs. Khabilov featured at UFC Fight Night 42 on Saturday on FS1

Henderson vs. Khabilov is the feature bout at UFC Fight Night 42 in Albuquerque, New Mexico

UFC Betting Odds:  Henderson vs. Khabilov is the feature bout at UFC Fight Night 42 in Albuquerque, New Mexico on Saturday night.  All of the fights except one can be seen on Fox Sports 1 with the first preliminary bout on UFC Fight Pass.  The headliner is the fight between Benson Henderson and Rustam Khabilov.  There are a total of six fights on the main card and a total of five on the preliminary card. Here is a look at the card with a focus on the six main card fights.

Henderson -235 vs. Khabilov

Henderson is a big favorite in this one, perhaps too big.  Khabilov is no slouch as he is 17-1 and unbeaten at 3-0 in the UFC. The question in this one is whether or not Khabilov can take down Henderson.  If this was a three-round fight I would take it over but at five rounds I think one of them gets caught and gets submitted. I will go under the rounds total of 4.5.

Pearson -190 vs. Sanchez

This one will be a brawl and it should be exciting for as long as it lasts.

I am surprised at this number as I think the fight should be a pick. I will take the plus money on Sanchez.

Dodson -475 vs. Moraga

Dodson should win this one but the price is too high for me so I will pass.

Dos Anjos -295 vs. High

This is also a really high price but dos Anjos should win.

Hallmann -185 vs. Edwards

It is just about time for Edwards to be cut from the UFC.  Hallmann is on the way up and a deserving favorite. I expect him to get the win in this fight.

Perez -118 vs. Caraway

This one really shouldn’t be on the main card.  It likely won’t see much action and go the distance. I will take the rounds over.

The preliminary card has Meza vs. Pettis, Benoist vs. Voelker, Martinez vs. Jorgensen, Lindsey vs. Tuck and Narvaez vs. Cummins.  All of the fights except for the one between Narvaez vs. Cummins will be on Fox Sports 1 while that bout will be on UFC Fight Pass.
