Video Blog: UFC Fight Night 61 Main Card Odds

The UFC Fight Night 61 event this Sunday in Brazil is highlighted by a heavyweight fight between Frank Mir and Antonio Silva.

The main event sees “Bigfoot” Silva favored over Mir, and that line has been up for a little while now, however it has only been in the last few days that the lines have popped up for the rest of the card.

After the patchwork UFC Fight Night 60 card last weekend in Colorado, this card packs a little more punch.  In Silva and Mir, you get a pair of heavyweights who are getting long in the tooth, but a win here puts both fighters back into the mix at heavyweight, and with the potential that Brock Lesnar is returning to the UFC perhaps this summer, that could mean big money.  A pair of strong lightweight fights are slated for the main card, as Edson Barbosa takes on Michael Johnson and Rustam Kabilov faces Adriano Martins.  A solid women’s bout in the bantamweight division is also featured as Jessica Andrade takes on up and comer Marion Reneau.
