Tulane Green Wave vs Temple Owls Odds

The Tulane Green Wave head to Lincoln Financial Field to take on the Temple Owls this week. The game will begin Saturday, Oct 10 at 12:00 p.m. ET.

In last week’s matchup, Temple easily got past Charlotte 37-3. Robby Anderson had a good performance in the victory, grabbing three receptions for 35 yards and two TDs. Jahad Thomas had a great game as well, adding 109 rushing yards and two TDs on 20 carries. Tulane was victorious last week’s performance as well, defeating UCF 45-31. Teddy Veal had a huge game for the Green Wave, pulling in five receptions for 80 yards and one TD. Josh Rounds put up 93 rushing yards on 14 carries.

Temple is a 14-point favorite against the Green Wave.

Sitting at 4-0 Straight Up (SU) and 3-1 Against The Spread (ATS), the Owls will look to improve heading into Week 6. The Green Wave are not likely to run the ball very often at Temple. They are one of the least-effective running teams in the nation, averaging 117.8 rushing yards per game. The Green Wave will have to keep Temple from hitting their quarterback. The Owls average the 17th-most sacks in the nation with three per game. In the third quarter, Temple is a tough test, putting up 13.5 points during the third frame. Temple’s special teams squad is a force to be reckoned with. They average 139.5 return yards per game, ninth in Division I.
