Jaret Patterson (90 yards on 20 rush attempts, two TDs) and Kevin Marks (49 yards on 15 carries) mounted the ground game in the win as K.J. Osborn (seven receptions, 90 yards) and Tyler Mabry (six catches, 48 yards) led the pass-catching attack.

Miami (OH) has run the ball on 50.4 percent of its offensive plays this year, including 61.5 percent across possessions in conference play. Buffalo has an overall run percentage of 57.1 percent, and has rushed the ball 60.3 percent of the time against MAC opponents.
