Golden State Warriors vs New Orleans Pelicans Preview and Pick

The New Orleans Pelicans welcome the Golden State Warriors to the New Orleans Arena for their home opener. Action starts at 7:30 pm ET on Saturday, Oct. 31 and will air on NBA, GS2, FSN and C+D.

The Pelicans lost big to the Trail Blazers 112-94 on Wednesday. Anthony Davis was the team’s leading scorer with 25 points. The Warriors are coming off a 122-112 win against the Knicks on Friday. Stephen Curry was the game’s top scorer, recording 25 points on 9-for-15 shooting.

This will be the second matchup of the season between these two teams. The Warriors won the first game 111-105. Curry was the game’s leading scorer with 40 points.

The Warriors take on the Pelicans as a four-point favorite. The Over/Under (O/U) for the matchup is 212 points. Things just haven’t gone the Pelicans’s way to start the season. They are winless (0-2) both SU and ATS.

Over on the other bench, the Warriors have come out of the gate playing well with records of 1-0 SU and ATS.
