NFL Week 16 Betting Odds: Look-ahead Lines

Jay Biggerstaff-USA TODAY Sports

There are just two more weeks of action in the NFL regular season. The Week 16 lines have been posted, so let’s take a look at the look-ahead lines before we see the rest of the Week 15 games.

Bet on MyBookie

Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Dallas Cowboys

Look-ahead Line: Cowboys -7.5

The Cowboys might have clinched their playoff spot by this point but if not, this is a very winnable game that they may need to punch their ticket.

Buffalo Bills at New England Patriots

Look-ahead Line: Patriots -12.5

The Bills gave the Patriots a fight for three quarters with Derek Anderson under center earlier this season. The Patriots need a win here as they fight for the No. 2 seed in the AFC.

Atlanta Falcons at Carolina Panthers

Look-ahead Line: Panthers -6

Two teams that were contenders last year are floundering in 2018. The Panthers are still in the playoff hunt as they are a half-game behind the Minnesota Vikings.

Jacksonville Jaguars at Miami Dolphins

Look-ahead Line: Dolphins -4

These two teams play much better at home than away — combined they are 9-5 at home compared to 2-10 on the road. That should give a sizable edge to the Dolphins.

New York Giants at Indianapolis Colts

Look-ahead Line: Colts -6

Two teams that have been playing well over the last month will clash in this one. The Giants have won three of four, while the Colts have won five of their last six.

Houston Texans at Philadelphia Eagles

Look-ahead Line: OFF

The Eagles season is all but finished as Carson Wentz looks like he’ll miss the rest of the year, but remember they won a Super Bowl without him last season.

Minnesota Vikings at Detroit Lions

Look-ahead Line: Vikings -3.5

The Vikings need a win to stay in control of the sixth playoff spot in the NFC. The Lions have been nosediving since starting 3-3. They are 2-5 in their last seven games.

Green Bay Packers at New York Jets

Look-ahead Line: Packers -3.5

Two teams just playing out the string will square off in this one. The Packers already fired their head coach and the Jets look like they’ll be canning Todd Bowles at the end of the year too.

Cincinnati Bengals at Cleveland Browns

Look-ahead Line: Browns -7

The Battle of Ohio could be a clean sweep for the Browns this year. They throttled the Bengals 35-20 a few weeks ago and are now a healthy home favorite in this contest.

Los Angeles Rams at Arizona Cardinals

Look-ahead Line: Rams -11.5

The Rams flattened the Cardinals 34-0 in the first meeting of the season and should produce a similar result in the rematch. These two teams are at opposite ends of the spectrum in the NFC standings.

Chicago Bears at San Francisco 49ers

Look-ahead Line: Bears -6

The 49ers have been scrappy this season but the Bears and their stout defense shouldn’t have too many problems with a team missing a number of offensive weapons.

Pittsburgh Steelers at New Orleans Saints

Look-ahead Line: Saints -7

The Steelers have stumbled over the last couple of weeks and host New England in Week 15. With the Baltimore Ravens hot on their heels in the AFC North, their playoff hopes could be on the line in this game.

Kansas City Chiefs at Seattle Seahawks

Look-ahead Line: Seahawks -1

The Chiefs-Seahawks matchup is one of the marquee games of the week. The Chiefs have been favored in nine of their last 11 games but are a one-point dog as of this moment.

Denver Broncos at Oakland Raiders

Look-ahead Line: Broncos -2.5

The Raiders have been playing well over the last month and find themselves as a home dog. They’ll have a chance to derail the Broncos’ playoff hopes with a win.

Washington Redskins at Tennessee Titans

Look-ahead Line: OFF

The Titans are in a five-way tie for the final playoff spot in the AFC with a record of 7-6. This is a winnable game in front of them as the Redskins are beaten up badly by injuries.

Baltimore Ravens at Los Angeles Chargers

Look-ahead Line: OFF

Both of these teams fill up the AFC’s Wild Card spots as of right now. However, while the Chargers are safely in the postseason, the Ravens will need a win here just to stay in control of the sixth spot with a number of teams breathing down their neck.
