If you watched the absolutely inept offensive performance from the Los Angeles Rams in Super Bowl LIII, “over-prepared” would not be the adjective you would use. But that might have been the problem according to head coach Sean McVay, who feels he watched “too much” film in the two-week break from the NFC Championship.

Seahawks taking a good look at Ezekiel Ansah
The Seattle Seahawks have sent plenty of pass rushers packing over the last year, but it’s possible they could be locking in on a replacement. According to NFL.com, the Seahawks are the frontrunner to sign defensive end Ezekiel Ansah, formerly of the Detroit Lions. Last year Ansah only appeared in seven games and started two with 11 tackles, three for a loss and four sacks.
