The Saint Peter’s Peacocks will travel to L. Stockwell Jadwin Gymnasium to play against the Princeton Tigers in their home opener. Action gets underway at 9:00 pm ET on Saturday, Nov. 21.
The Tigers were victorious over Rider 64-56 in their last game. Devin Cannady was the game’s leading scorer with 17 points on 4-for-8 shooting. The Peacocks, meanwhile, are feeling some disappointment after their close 67-66 loss at the hands of Hartford in their last outing. Quadir Welton played well, accumulating his second double-double of the season with 12 points and 11 rebounds.
Princeton is a big 11-point favorite in this game and the Over/Under (O/U) is 133 points.
As for their opponent, it’s hard to argue with the ATS success for Saint Peter’s. The Peacocks are clearly doing something right with a 1-0 record ATS to go along with a 1-2 record SU so far. The Peacocks are a force on the boards, grabbing an average of 45.0 rebounds per game.
Princeton and Saint Peter’s will be squaring off for the first time this season. In their most recent meeting a season ago, Saint Peter’s came out on top, bumping its SU record to 1-0. With a 1-0 record, the Peacocks also have the advantage ATS.
Predictions: SU Winner – StPete, ATS Winner – StPete, O/U – Over
Notes
Princeton is 5-0 SU in its last 5 games.
Princeton is 10-2 SU in its last 12 games at home.
