CC Sabathia helped the Yankees sweep the Rays — and won his 250th career game. Mike Trout hit a bomb of a home run — and then did it again, with the bases loaded. The Reds swept the Astros (yes, really), and the Padres won another wild game. It’s all part of social media Wednesday in baseball.
