Darius Slay made a young fan’s day when he showed up to his graduation party this weekend. The fan had asked the Detroit Lions’ Pro Bowl cornerback to attend his party through Twitter, but he never expected Slay to actually show up. Slay came bearing gifts, bringing a pair of signed gloves from the Pro Bowl, and he promised to give the fan and his family tickets to any game they wanted to attend in 2019. The Lions now have at least one fan for life.

Jalen Ramsey has been incredibly outspoken during his time in the league. Ramsey made headlines shortly before the start of the 2018 season for calling out a number of quarterbacks the Jacksonville Jaguars would face during the year, but he has been far more reserved with his comments prior to this season. Last year seems to have been a humbling experience for the two-time Pro Bowl cornerback, and he has not been as brash in regards to his opponents. Ramsey continues to make it clear he is one of the league’s top corners though.
Last August, Jalen Ramsey did an interview with @GQMagazine and trashed a number of NFL QBs.

LeSean McCoy has been one of the league’s best running backs since coming into the league, but he had a very disappointing 2018 campaign. The six-time Pro Bowl running back averaged just 3.2 yards per carry and finished the season with just over 500 yards. McCoy is looking to return to form in 2019, yet the backfield in Buffalo is suddenly very crowded. Frank Gore and TJ Yeldon were signed in the offseason and the Bills drafted Devin Singletary out of Florida Atlantic in the third round.
Despite his worst year on record, @BuffaloBills RB LeSean McCoy is holding his head high entering the 2019 season.

We don’t have too much longer to wait for the NFL now. In a little more than a month, teams report to training camp, and shortly after that preseason football will begin. With the NBA and NHL seasons now over, everyone is ready for some football.
