Late Monday night, Gordon, 39, was being processed at the PAPD’s LaGuardia station house. He was anticipated to face charges including resisting arrest. Gordon, who was reared in Mount Vernon, New York, had before encountered the law. He was pulled up by police in Harlem in November 2017 for operating a Mercedes G-Class SUV with phony Florida license plates.
He was required to perform 10 days of community service by a Manhattan court before the case could be dropped after six months. That year, he had run into law enforcement three times. After a lady contacted the police after he locked the two of them inside his Mount Vernon company, a court ordered him to receive mental therapy.
