The Golden State Warriors’ golden march continues on Wednesday with Steph Curry and company continuing a seven-game road trip against the Charlotte Hornets. The Warriors survived a close call against the Utah Jazz to improve to 19-0 but that could only add to their determination as they look to bounce back after being served notice that making it through this trip with their perfect record intact will not be easy by any means. Golden State is one of 18 teams in action on Wednesday night, so there will definitely be lots of options to choose from when it comes to Daily Fantasy Leagues. Here is a look at some important fantasy advice to consider for Wednesday’s NBA Daily Fantasy League action.
Weak Defense To Target: Milwaukee Bucks
Milwaukee has lost seven of its last 10 games to fall to 13th in the Eastern Conference standings and their schedule won’t get any easier when they visit the San Antonio Spurs on Wednesday night. San Antonio has found its rhythm and they would certainly be talked about a lot more if it weren’t for the Warriors’ perfect run. The Bucks rank in the bottom third of the NBA with an average of 103.3 points allowed per game and a big part of the problem has been their struggles on the board as they rank 30th in the NBA with an average of 38.6 rebounds per game. When you take a look at the Spurs, they rank sixth in the NBA in rebounding and should have no problem beating up on Milwaukee in the paint. It’s worth targeting that Bucks’ defense with players from San Antonio.
Player Who’s Hot Right Now: Brandon Knight, Phoenix Suns
The former first-round pick of the Detroit Pistons returns to the Motor City at the perfect time as he is red-hot heading into Wednesday’s showdown. Knight has averaged 24.1 points, 6.3 assists, 4.4 rebounds and 1.8 steals per game over his past 10 games and he will be looking to stick it to his former team. You have to love the minutes he’s getting as he’s averaged 36.1 points in the month of November, which gives him plenty of opportunities to fill the stat sheet. The Suns are right there in the mix of Western Conference teams competing for a playoff spot, so look for Knight to deliver as Phoenix tries to earn a big win on the road.
Injuries & Rest Create Opportunities For… Garrett Temple, Will Barton
Washington Wizards guard Gary Neal wasn’t able to practice because of a groin injury and he could miss Wednesday’s game against the Los Angeles Lakers. The Wizards will be back on the floor for second game in less than 24 hours, so look for them to lean a little more on Garrett Temple with Ramon Sessions in the mix as well. Temple played 28 minutes on Tuesday while picking up seven points, five rebounds and a three-pointer. Sessions played 14 minutes but had six points and two assists.

Meanwhile, Denver Nuggets guard Gary Harris has been sidelined with a concussion and there is no word on his status for Wednesday’s game against the Chicago Bulls. Harris’ absence has opened the door for Will Barton to take on more minutes and he could be a good sleeper option for Wednesday. He scored 10 points with six rebounds in Monday’s contest against the Milwaukee Bucks and has now scored in double digits in eight of his last 10 games. He’s averaging 14.1 points, 6.4 rebounds, 2.4 assists and 1.2 steals over his last 10 games and gets a bump if Harris is out.
Highest Scoring Games Of The Night: NO @ HOU
There really shouldn’t be any doubt about the highest scoring game of the night as the New Orleans Pelicans and Houston Rockets are two teams that can score points in bunches and neither side has impressed defensively so far this season. James Harden should be a lock for a big game against a suspect Pelicans’ defense while Anthony Davis will need to be at his best in order to help New Orleans stick around in a game that should feature plenty of scoring.
