Iowa State Cyclones – Texas Tech Red Raiders Preview – 02.10.2016

Big 12 foes will lock horns when the Texas Tech Red Raiders (13-9) play the No. 14 Iowa State Cyclones (17-6) at United Supermarkets Arena. Action begins at 9:00 pm ET on Wednesday, Feb. 10 and can be seen on ESU and ES3.

The Red Raiders are hoping to rebound after their 69-59 loss to Texas on Saturday. Keenan Evans was the team’s leading scorer with 14 points. The Cyclones, meanwhile, are coming off a 64-59 win against Oklahoma State on Saturday. Monte Morris had a good game for Iowa State, registering 16 points, eight assists, and six rebounds.

This is the second game of the season between these two teams, with the Cyclones winning the first matchup 76-69. Jameel McKay put up a double-double in the victory with 19 points and 14 rebounds.

The Red Raiders have gone 13-9 Straight Up (SU) and 10-10 Against The Spread (ATS). The Red Raiders are one of the best in Division I in terms of free throw percentage, shooting an impressive .749 from the free throw line.
