Penn Quakers – Columbia Lions Preview – 02.12.2016

The Penn Quakers (8-11) will have a tough time bringing their seven-game road losing streak to a stop when they take on the Columbia Lions (16-7), who have won seven in a row at home. The game begins at 7:00 pm ET on Friday, Feb. 12 and can be seen on ES3.

The Lions were victorious over Brown 77-73 in their last game. Grant Mullins was the game’s leading scorer with 25 points on 8-for-14 shooting. The Quakers, meanwhile, are coming off a 67-57 win against Harvard in their last game. Darien Nelson-Henry played well, accounting for 18 points and 12 rebounds to claim his sixth double-double of the season.

The Lions enter the game with records of 16-7 Straight Up (SU) and 6-8 Against The Spread (ATS). The Lions have seen a decline in scoring as of late, averaging 67.2 points during the last 10 games compared to their season average of 76.3 points per game.
