It will be a battle between Southland opponents when the Incarnate Word Cardinals (12-9) welcome the Central Arkansas Bears (5-15) to Alice P. McDermott Convocation Center. The game gets underway at 8:00 pm ET on Friday, Feb. 12.
The Cardinals were beaten by Nicholls 71-60 on Monday. Shawn Johnson finished with 17 points to lead the team. The Bears, meanwhile, are coming off an 88-72 win over Southeastern Louisiana on Tuesday. Derreck Brooks stood out for Central Arkansas, posting 18 points, nine rebounds, and four assists.
