It will be a battle between America East opponents when the Vermont Catamounts (15-12) welcome the Binghamton Bearcats (6-19) to Roy L Patrick Gymnasium. The game gets underway at 7:00 pm ET on Wednesday, Feb. 17.
The Catamounts were victorious over Hartford 92-81 on Sunday. Kurt Steidl was the team’s high scorer with 26 points on 6-for-10 shooting. The Bearcats, meanwhile, are coming off a 68-54 win over that same Hartford squad on Thursday. Willie Rodriguez had a good game and claimed his fourth double-double of the season, posting 27 points and 11 rebounds.
This will be the second matchup of the season between these two teams. The Catamounts won the first game 61-52. Steidl was a top performer in the victory with 16 points, six rebounds, two assists, four steals, and three three-pointers.
