Lafayette Leopards – American Eagles Preview – 02.17.2016

The Lafayette Leopards (5-20) look to end their nine-game losing streak when they match up with the American Eagles (7-18) at Bender Arena. The game starts at 7:30 pm ET on Wednesday, Feb. 17.

The Eagles lost to Army 65-59 on Saturday. Delante Jones finished with 18 points to lead the team. The Leopards, meanwhile, are coming off a 74-68 loss to Navy on Saturday. Zach Rufer had a good shooting night, leading the team with 15 points.

This will be the second matchup of the season between these two teams. The Eagles won the first game 81-73. Jesse Reed was a top performer in the victory with 23 points, two rebounds, one assist, one block, and three three-pointers.
