Kennesaw State Owls – Stetson Hatters Preview – 02.18.2016

Expect a low-scoring game when the Kennesaw State Owls (9-18) and Stetson Hatters (9-18) face off at Edmunds Center. Action begins at 7:00 pm ET on Thursday, Feb. 18 and can be seen on ES3.

The Hatters are hoping to rebound after their 85-83 loss to USC Upstate in their last matchup. Divine Myles was the team’s leading scorer with 21 points. The Owls, meanwhile, are coming off a 90-69 win against Jacksonville in their last game. Yonel Brown led the game in scoring by registering 27 points on 9-for-14 shooting.

Brown has upped his play for the Owls, averaging 21.8 points, 4.6 rebounds, 3.0 assists, 1.2 steals, and 2.8 three-pointers over the past five games.

This is the second game of the year between these two teams, with the Hatters winning the first matchup 84-79. Brown had a standout performance with 34 points, four rebounds, and six three-pointers in the loss.
