Lipscomb Bisons – Stetson Hatters Preview – 02.20.2016

The Lipscomb Bisons (10-19) visit Stetson to play the Hatters (9-19) in a game that has the potential to be fast-paced. The game gets underway at 3:30 pm ET on Saturday, Feb. 20 and will air on ES3.

The Hatters were beaten by Kennesaw State 92-82 on Thursday. Divine Myles had a good game for Stetson, contributing 17 points, seven assists, and two rebounds. The Bisons are coming off an 82-67 loss to FGCU on Thursday. J.C. Hampton stood out for Lipscomb, accumulating 15 points, five rebounds, and one steal.

There should be plenty of transition action in this game. Stetson ranks 10th in the nation in possessions per game (74.5 possessions per game), while Lipscomb is 23rd (73.8).

This will be the second matchup of the season between these two teams. The Bisons won the first game 92-87. Despite the loss, Myles was a top performer in the game with 15 points, four rebounds, eight assists, two steals, one block, and two three-pointers.
