Southeastern Louisiana Lions – Abilene Christian Wildcats Preview – 02.21.2016

Southland foes will lock horns when the Abilene Christian Wildcats (11-15) play the Southeastern Louisiana Lions (7-18) at Moody Coliseum. Action begins at 2:00 pm ET on Sunday, Feb. 21 and can be seen on ES3.

The Wildcats are hoping to rebound after their 73-71 loss to Houston Baptist on Thursday. Jalen Little had a good outing, putting up 13 points, six assists, and three steals for Abilene Christian. The Lions, meanwhile, are coming off a 79-76 win against McNeese State on Monday. Zay Jackson was the game’s top scorer, accounting for 23 points on 8-for-17 shooting.

This is the second game of the season between these two teams, with the Lions winning the first matchup 81-60. Jordan Capps put up a double-double in the victory with 13 points and 13 rebounds.
