Utah State Aggies – Nevada Wolf Pack Preview – 02.24.2016

Mountain West foes will lock horns when the Nevada Wolf Pack (16-10) face off against the Utah State Aggies (13-12) at Lawlor Events Center. Action begins at 10:00 pm ET on Wednesday, Feb. 24 and can be seen on RT.

The Wolf Pack are hoping to rebound after their 102-91 loss to UNLV on Saturday. Despite the loss, Marqueze Coleman earned his first double-double this season with 31 points and 10 rebounds. The Aggies, meanwhile, are feeling some disappointment after their 75-68 loss against Fresno State on Saturday. Jalen Moore had a team-high 13 points.

Cameron Oliver has taken his game to another level over the last five games for the Wolf Pack. During that stretch, he has averaged 12.2 points, 14.0 rebounds, 1.2 assists, 1.0 steal, 2.6 blocks, and 0.6 three-pointers.

It will be a showdown of conflicting tempos, as the up-and-down Wolf Pack (ranked 29th in the nation in possessions per game) will look to push the slow-paced Aggies (264th in possessions per game).
