The St. John’s Red Storm (8-20) will travel to Allstate Arena to go head-to-head against the DePaul Blue Demons (8-18) in their home finale. Action begins at 9:00 pm ET on Thursday, Feb. 25 and can be seen on FS1.
The Blue Demons are hoping to rebound after their 73-60 loss to Marquette in their last matchup. Tommy Hamilton IV was the team’s leading scorer with 20 points. The Red Storm, meanwhile, are feeling some disappointment after their close 62-61 loss against Seton Hall in their last game. St. John’s lost despite the best efforts of Kassoum Yakwe, who recorded his second double-double of the season with 16 points and 15 rebounds.
This is the second game of the season between these two teams, with the Red Storm winning the first matchup 80-65. Eli Cain had a standout performance with 25 points, three rebounds, four steals, one block, and two three-pointers in the loss.
