Mount St. Mary’s Mountaineers – St. Francis Brooklyn Terriers Preview – 02.27.2016

To wrap up the regular season, the Mount St. Mary’s Mountaineers (13-17) will travel to Peter Aquilone Court and take on the St. Francis Brooklyn Terriers (14-16). Action begins at 4:00 pm ET on Saturday, Feb. 27.

The Terriers enter this game hoping for similar success after topping Bryant 79-72 on Thursday. Antonio Jenifer played a pivotal role, recording his fifth double-double of the season with 24 points and 11 rebounds. The Mountaineers, meanwhile, are feeling some disappointment after their 67-54 loss against Fairleigh Dickinson on Thursday. Charles Glover played well for Mount St. Mary’s, recording 12 points, four rebounds, and two assists.

This has potential to be a mistake-prone game for the offense of St. Francis Brooklyn, which ranks 301st in the nation in ball protection (TO% of 20.5%). The disruptive defense of Mount St. Mary’s forces the third-most turnovers in the nation (25.1%).
