Oregon State Beavers – UCLA Bruins Preview – 03.05.2016

Pac-12 foes will battle when the UCLA Bruins (15-15) take on the Oregon State Beavers (17-11) at Pauley Pavilion. The game starts at 6:30 pm ET on Saturday, Mar. 5 and can be seen on PAC.

The Bruins lost to Oregon 76-68 on Wednesday. Tony Parker had a good outing for UCLA, putting up 18 points, three rebounds, and two steals. The Beavers, meanwhile, are coming off an 81-70 loss at the hands of USC on Wednesday. Gary Payton II had a good shooting night, leading the game with 19 points.

Tres Tinkle has been hot for the Beavers, averaging 18.6 points, 6.6 rebounds, 1.0 assist, 1.0 steal, and 1.2 three-pointers over the past five games.

This is the second game of the year between these two teams, with the Bruins winning the first matchup 82-73. Isaac Hamilton was a top performer in the victory with 25 points, two rebounds, two assists, and three three-pointers.

The Bruins are trying to improve upon their records of 15-15 Straight Up (SU) and 11-19 Against The Spread (ATS). UCLA has been struggling of late.
