Villanova Wildcats – Georgetown Hoyas Preview – 03.10.2016

The No.1-seeded Villanova Wildcats (27-4) and Georgetown Hoyas (15-17) meet in the second round of the Big East tournament at Madison Square Garden. Action begins at 12:00 pm ET on Thursday, Mar. 10 and can be seen on FS1.

The Wildcats come into this game hoping to repeat their last performance, topping Georgetown 84-71 in their last matchup. Ryan Arcidiacono was a key piece with 16 points, five rebounds, and five assists. The Hoyas, meanwhile, are coming off a 70-53 win against DePaul in the 1. D’Vauntes Smith-Rivera led the game in scoring by registering 20 points on 7-for-11 shooting.

Josh Hart and Kris Jenkins have been better than usual over the last five games for the Wildcats.
