Hamels takes the mound after pitching 225.2 innings last year, closing out the season with a 13-9 record, 3.59 ERA, 1.17 WHIP, and 229 strikeouts. Hernandez will pitch for the Mariners. Last season he pitched 201.2 innings last season, going 18-9 with a 3.53 ERA 1.18 WHIP, and one strikeouts.
