Toronto Blue Jays – Colorado Rockies Preview – 06.27.2016

Marco Estrada (5-3, 2.70 ERA) takes the mound for the Toronto Blue Jays (41-36) as they meet Jon Gray (4-3, 4.80 ERA) and the Colorado Rockies (36-39) in the first of a three-game series at Coors Field. The game starts at 8:40 p.m. ET on Monday, Jun. 27 and will air on RSN and RTRM.

In his most recent outing, Gray pitched 4.0 innings, allowing four runs, striking out three and walking five in a 9-8 loss to the Yankees. Trevor Story (.271, 47 Rs, 19 HRs, 50 RBIs, 5 SBs) played well again yesterday, going 2 for 2 with four runs, one home run, and one RBI. The Blue Jays were also unsuccessful the last time Estrada pitched. He went 6.0 innings, allowing three runs, striking out eight and walking three in a 4-2 loss to the Diamondbacks. Josh Donaldson (.288, 62 Rs, 17 HRs, 47 RBIs, 5 SBs) has been doing well offensively for the Blue Jays, going 2 for 4 yesterday.
