We wrap up our second 2018 NFL mock draft with picks 21-32.

Cincinnati Bengals Logo21. Cincinnati Bengals – (from Bills) Lamar Jackson, QB – Louisville

It’s a WILD CARD PICK! The Bengals have fallen out of love with Andy Dalton and have Marvin Lewis for two more years. He’s hinted a rebuild and where else do you start one of those but at quarterback? Is Jackson ready to be an NFL starter? No, but if he can develop into one, he has the highest ceiling of any arm in this draft class.

Buffalo Bills Logo22. Buffalo Bills – (from Chiefs) Kolton Miller, OT – UCLA

The Bills traded away Cordy Glenn and Richie Incongnito retired. They’re taking a QB earlier, but must get a guy to protect him.

New England Patriots Logo23. New England Patriots – (from Rams) Jaire Alexander, CB – Louisville

With no first round QBs left on the board, the Patriots start replacing the pieces they’ve lost in the offseason, starting with corner.

Carolina Panthers Logo24. Carolina PanthersMarcus Davenport, DE – UTSA

The Panthers need to add back pieces they’ve lost on defense. With Alexander off the board, they go defenisve end with the 6-7, 255 Davenport.

Tennessee Titans logo25. Tennessee Titans Tremaine Edmunds, ILB – Virginia Tech

I don’t like that the Titans hired Mike Vrabel as their head coach, but he was a linebacker himself. He’ll recognize the specimen Edmunds is and, hopefully, find plenty of interesting ways to use the 6-5, 236-pound speedster.

Atlanta Falcons Logo26. Atlanta FalconsDa’Ron Payne, DT – Alabama

The Falcons need a run-stopper and Payne has been doing it for the Crimson Tide for years on the nation’s biggest stages.

New Orleans Saints Logo27. New Orleans Saints Will Hernandez, OG – UTEP

The Saints have Drew Brees coming back, but how long is that going to last? If any of the QBs fall this far, New Orleans will snag him. Since they don’t in this mock, they draft Hernandez to keep Brees upright and open holes for Mark Ingram and Alvin Kamara.

Pittsburgh Steelers Logo28. Pittsburgh SteelersRashaan Evans, ILB – Alabama

The Steelers were going to need a linebacker in this draft anyway, then Ryan Shazier nearly got paralyzed in a game late in the season. He may never play again. Evans will slide right into a starting spot.

Jacksonville Jaguars Logo29. Jacksonville Jaguars Mike McGlinchey, OT – Notre Dame

Needless to say, the Jaguars are not used to picking this late in the draft and may have no idea what to do in this situation. In this case, their biggest need falls right to them and McGlinchey plugs in as a starting right or left tackle.

Minnesota Vikings Logo30. Minnesota VikingsConnor Williams, OT – Texas

The Vikings did a lot to improve their offensive front last season, but aren’t done. Williams adds much-needed depth early and a starter late. They’ve invested a lot of money in Kirk Cousins. They need to keep him safe.

New England Patriots Logo31. New England Patriots Leighton Vander Esch, OLB – Boise State

The Pats could go offense here with James Washington, but I dont see Bill Belichick leaving too many open holes on what could be his final defense. They’ll probably trade out of this pick anyway.

Philadelphia Eagles logo32. Philadelphia EaglesJames Washington, WR – Oklahoma State

Washington doesn’t make it to the second round. The Eagles traded Torry Smith to the Panthers early this offseason for a cornerback. Washington is a much better replacement.
