It will be a battle between Pat opponents when the Navy Midshipmen (7-14, 4-6 Pat) welcome the American University Eagles (12-9, 6-4 Pat) to Alumni Hall. The game begins at 7 p.m. ET on Wednesday, February 6, 2019.

The Eagles come in on a high note after topping the Holy Cross Crusaders in their last game, 66-49. The Eagles held the Crusaders to an effective field goal percentage of 0.375 (below their season average of 0.538). The Crusaders had a free throw rate of 0.125 (below their season average of 0.165). American University was lifted by Sa’eed Nelson, who recorded 15 points, nine assists and seven rebounds.

The last time the Midshipmen were in action, they barely escaped the Loyola Maryland Greyhounds, 71-68.
