Sometimes, the internet is absolutely amazing. In this case, it’s just down right weird.
Furthermore, a reddit user and or engineer made a post about a dream they had many weeks ago. Equally important, this was prior to the allegations coming out about the Houston Astros. In fact, it was posted to reddit while the 2019 World Series was ongoing.
Therefore, here is that comment:

Here’s what it says:
I had a dream a couple weeks back when the astros were playing the rays, it was that after the post season finished a news story came out that the astros had a team of people deciphering signs with cameras and then that team relayed the signal to transponders that were worn in the cleats of the top (trusted not to snitch) astros players, the transponders would vibrate according to what pitch was coming (example: once for fastball, twice for off speed)
But it was just a dream haha. That wouldn’t happen.
Obviously, this is some twilight zone stuff right here. Right down to the ‘that wouldn’t happen’ in almost eerie fashion.
Finally, the owners meetings began on Tuesday. Rob Manfred spoke about the Astros, and it’s not looking good for them to say the least. This is according to Jeff Passan:
As the owners' meetings begin, MLB commissioner Rob Manfred addressed the sign-stealing scandal. A few highlights.
As to whether other teams are involved as well, he said: "I have no reason to believe it extends beyond the Astros at this point in time.”
— Jeff Passan (@JeffPassan) November 19, 2019
Manfred on the gravity of the allegations against the Astros: “Any allegations that relate to a rule violation that could affect the outcome of a game or games is the most serious matter. … We have … what is going to be a really, really thorough investigation ongoing."

Notably, Passan’s take home message or translation is correct. Manfred can really drop the hammer on punishment if he feels it’s worthy of doing such.
In this case, the Houston Astros are looking at big time punishment. And it was for a scandal that was predicted by an internet user’s dream a month ago.
