The Carolina Panthers enter this Sunday’s matchup having just earned a 21-17 win over Philadelphia a week ago. The team’s defensive secondary allowed the Eagles to air it out for 310 yards and two touchdowns. Zach Ertz was a bright spot in the defeat, recording 138 yards and a score on nine catches for Philadelphia. For Carolina, Cam Newton completed 25-of-39 passes for 269 yards and two touchdowns. Newton (49 yards on seven rush attempts) mounted the ground game in the win while Devin Funchess (six receptions, 62 yards, one TD) and McCaffrey (six catches, 51 yards) led the pass-catching corps.

Baltimore has run the ball on 38.9 percent of its offensive possessions this year while Carolina has a rush percentage of 42.9 percent. The Ravens have produced 96 rush yards/game and have nine touchdowns via handoffs this year. The Panthers are logging 136 rushing yards per game and have five total rush TDs.

The Ravens offense has logged 299 yards per contest in the air overall and has 11 passing scores so far. The Panthers have put up 238 pass yards per outing and also have 11 total pass TDs.
