The St. Louis Blues have never won the Stanley Cup in their franchise history and they now have an excellent chance to do it in front of their own fans after defeating the Boston Bruins to go 3-2 up in the series.
One win away!
The St. Louis Blues beat the Boston Bruins at TD Garden in Game 5 of the Stanley Cup Finals and now have a chance to finally lift the trophy as Game 6 will be played at Enterprise Center.

The fortune awaits
Big St. Louis Blues fan, Scott A Berry, put $400 on his beloved team to win the Stanley Cup back in January when the Blues were the worst team in the league and now he is only a win away from collecting staggering $100,000.
In January, when the Blues were pretty much the worst team in the NHL, @ScottABerry1 put $400 on them to win it all. He’s one home game away from growing his money by 250 times ($100,000). Will he hedge? “Not happening,” he just told me. pic.twitter.com/k1fK1mDuss

Cassidy unhappy with the officials
The Boston Bruins attempted more shots at the goal but they couldn’t beat the St. Louis Blues and head coach Bruce Cassidy stressed that the officials made a lot of mistakes, not only in Game 5 but also during the entire playoffs.
"I'm a fan of the game. This is the National Hockey League, it's getting a black eye with their officiating this playoffs…it was egregious."

Maroon’s feeling good
Pat Maroon and the St. Louis Blues are one step away from getting the Stanley Cup after a 2-1 road win over the Boston Bruins.
