Boise State Broncos – San Jose State Spartans Preview – 03.05.2016

The San Jose State Spartans (8-21) look to end their six-game losing streak when they meet the Boise State Broncos (20-10) at San Jose State Event Center. Action starts at 5:00 pm ET on Saturday, Mar. 5 and will air on CI.

The Spartans lost a close one to Wyoming 81-78 on Wednesday. Frank Rogers was the team’s leading scorer, putting up 15 points. The Broncos are coming off a 76-57 win against Nevada on Wednesday. Anthony Drmic played well and claimed his first double-double of the season, posting 22 points and 11 rebounds.

James Webb III has been on a tear over the last five games for the Broncos, averaging 17.8 points, 10.8 rebounds, 1.2 assists, 1.8 steals, 1.2 blocks, and 0.8 three-pointers.
