Marcus Childers was on a different level for Northern Illinois, recording 169 rushing yards and a score on 23 attempts. For Ohio, Nathan Rourke completed 15-of-23 passes for 275 yards, two touchdowns and one interception. A.J. Ouellette (16 rushing yards on 11 attempts, one TD) and Maleek Irons (30 yards on 11 carries) handled the running game as Papi White (six receptions, 59 yards) and Isiah Cox (three catches, 147 yards, one TD) led the receiving corps in the loss.

Bowling Green’s run the ball on 46.7 percent of its offensive plays this year, including 41.4 percent across possessions in conference play.
