The Bryant Bulldogs will be at Steinberg Wellness Center to play the LIU Brooklyn Blackbirds in a Northeast matchup. The game starts at 4:30 pm ET on Saturday, Feb. 27.
The Blackbirds beat Central Connecticut State 80-74 on Thursday. Martin Hermannsson was the team’s high scorer with 20 points on 8-for-13 shooting. The Bulldogs are coming off a 79-72 loss at the hands of St. Francis Brooklyn on Thursday. Nisre Zouzoua had a team-high 23 points.
Hermannsson has really been playing well as of late for the Blackbirds, averaging 19.8 points, 6.6 rebounds, 5.4 assists, 1.6 steals, and 0.8 three-pointers over the last five games.
This will be the second matchup of the season between these two teams. The Blackbirds won the first game 79-61. Marcel Pettway played a big role with 20 points and 10 rebounds.
