The Bucknell Bison (13-11), the Patriot League’s top shooting team, will challenge the Colgate Raiders (11-13) at Cotterell Court. Action begins at 2:00 pm ET on Saturday, Feb. 13.
The Raiders are hoping to rebound after their 82-72 loss to Army in their last matchup. Austin Tillotson was the team’s leading scorer with 16 points. The Bison, meanwhile, are feeling some disappointment after their 80-65 loss against Lehigh in their last game. Zach Thomas had a team-high 17 points.
The attacking Bucknell offense may see plenty of chances from the free throw line in this one. It ranks 29th in the nation at getting to the stripe (FTA rate of 43.8), while Colgate gets whistled quite a bit (giving up a 287th-ranked FTA rate of 41.8).
This is the second game of the year between these two teams, with the Raiders winning the first matchup 84-73. Tom Rivard had a stellar game with 23 points, nine rebounds, two steals, two blocks, and two three-pointers.
