Central Michigan Chippewas vs Western Michigan Broncos Odds

The MAC’s second-leading receiver, Daniel Braverman (521 yards, 4 TDs), and the Western Michigan Broncos meet second-leading passer, Cooper Rush (1,450 yards, 8 TDs), and the Central Michigan Chippewas. It’s been a rough season for Central Michigan (2-3) and it hasn’t gotten any better as of late, having lost their last two games. Players will take the field Saturday, Oct 10 at 12:00 p.m. ET and the game will air on AMSN and ESP3.

Western Michigan was dominated by Ohio State 38-12 in their last game. Daniel Braverman had a big game in the loss, totaling 10 receptions for 123 yards and one TD. Central Michigan is hoping for another victory like last week’s performance, when it beat Northern Illinois 29-19. Jesse Kroll had an outstanding performance for the Chippewas, totaling five receptions for 68 yards and two TDs. Cooper Rush added 182 yards and two TDs through the air.

The Broncos, a five-point favorite, will be looking to defend their home field when Central Michigan visits. The Over/Under (O/U) for the matchup is currently unavailable.

While the Broncos haven’t performed well Straight Up (SU) this season (1-3), they’ve managed to play better than expectations with a 3-1 record Against The Spread (ATS) so far this year. The Broncos have an efficient passing attack that has a completion percentage of 67.8%, good enough for 14th in the country.

On the other side, the Chippewas are a good bet so far, with a respectable record of 4-1 ATS. Their SU record, 2-3, hasn’t been quite as good. If earlier games are any indication, the Chippewas will throw the ball a lot. They average 298 passing yards per game, good enough for 20th in Division I.

Predictions: SU Winner – Central Michigan, ATS Winner – Central Michigan
