Colgate Raiders – Lafayette Leopards Preview – 02.27.2016

The Colgate Raiders will be at Kirby Sports Center to take on the Lafayette Leopards in a Patriot League matchup. The game starts at 12:00 pm ET on Saturday, Feb. 27.

The Leopards lost a winnable game to Bucknell 86-83 on Wednesday. Paulius Zalys was one of the best players for the Leopards, contributing 12 points, five assists, and four rebounds. The Raiders, meanwhile, are coming off a 71-54 loss to Lehigh on Wednesday. Tom Rivard played well for Colgate, posting 11 points, eight rebounds, and two assists.

Austin Tillotson has been on fire over the last five games for the Raiders, averaging 19.0 points, 4.6 rebounds, 4.8 assists, 2.0 steals, and 2.2 three-pointers.

This will be the second matchup of the season between these two teams. The Raiders won the first game 77-70. Dave Krmpotich was a top performer in the victory with 17 points, five rebounds, two assists, one steal, and one block.
