Bryce Perkins had a good outing in the defeat for Virginia, recording 123 rushing yards on 25 attempts. For Indiana, Peyton Ramsey completed 16-of-22 passes for 150 yards, two touchdowns and one interception. Stevie Scott (204 rushing yards on 31 attempts, one TD) led the ground game in the win while Donavan Hale (four receptions, 56 yards, one TD) and Luke Timian (two catches, 32 yards) led the pass-catching attack.

Ball State’s run the ball on 52.5 percent of its offensive possessions this year while Indiana has a rush percentage of 60.1 percent. The Cardinals have run for 243 yards per game and have three touchdowns via handoffs this year. The Hoosiers are putting up 225 rushing yards per game and have only one rush TD.
