Mississippi State is coming off of a 31-10 win over Kansas State. Nick Fitzgerald completed 11-of-27 passes for 154 yards, two touchdowns and one interception. Fitzgerald (159 yards on 19 rush attempts) and Kylin Hill (211 yards on 17 carries, two TDs) spearheaded the running game as Stephen Guidry (two receptions, 42 yards) and Justin Johnson (two catches, 37 yards) led the Mississippi State pass-catchers in the win..
