Elon Phoenix – Drexel Dragons Preview – 02.18.2016

The Drexel Dragons (3-22) are currently on a 10-game losing streak and will meet the Elon Phoenix (14-13) at John A Daskalakis Center. The game begins at 7:00 pm ET on Thursday, Feb. 18.

The Dragons are hoping to rebound after their 70-60 loss to Northeastern in their last game. Rodney Williams was the game’s high scorer with 23 points. The Phoenix, meanwhile, are feeling some disappointment after their 66-62 loss to Charleston in their last game. Tyler Seibring played well for Elon, recording 17 points, four rebounds, and three assists.

This will be the second matchup of the season between these two teams. The Phoenix won the first game 83-78. Tanner Samson was a top performer in the victory with 19 points, seven rebounds, four assists, one steal, and two three-pointers.
