Euro Fantasy: Daily Fantasy Lineup For Tuesday

After a relatively quiet Monday that featured just two games, the schedule ramps up big time on Tuesday with four games on the schedule. The standings in Group C and Group D are still wide open but we have narrowed our fantasy focus to concentrate on what we feel is the best combination of star players and sleeper value plays. Here is a look at the optimal lineup for Tuesday’s DraftKings Euro Fantasy Daily Leagues.

GK: Manuel Neuer, Germany

Salary: $5,800

Neuer needed just one save to escape a battle with Poland with a clean sheet and he might not even need to make a save in order to secure a clean sheet victory over Northern Ireland in Germany’s final group stage game. Germany is still battling with Poland for top spot in Group C so we can expect them to bring their best in an effort to lock up first in their division.

D: Hector Bellerin, Spain

Salary: $4,900

Spain currently sits alone atop Group D with six points heading in to its showdown with Croatia that will ultimately decide the fate of both teams. Spain only needs a win or a draw to clinch first place ahead of Croatia and we like Bellerin to deliver another strong performance as part of a defense core that has yet to allow a goal through the first two games of the tournament.

D: Jerome Boateng, Germany

Salary: $4,400

Germany has yet to concede a goal as well and should be able to keep the Northern Ireland attack in check. Boateng is available at a very reasonable price and should slide in nicely as a strong value play for Tuesday’s DraftKings Daily Euro Fantasy Leagues.

M: Julian Draxler, Germany

Salary: $6,600

Draxler has yet to break through so far at the Euro 2016 but the Germany attack has looked very dangerous at times and could be on the verge of breaking through. They are certainly loaded with talent up front and we will bank on Draxler to produce in a situation where he will be helping to spear the Germany attack against a Northern Irish side that should be vulnerable on the back end.

M: Bartosz Kaputstka, Poland

Salary: $5,000

Poland has played well to this point in the tournament and a favorable matchup with Ukraine could be the perfect opportunity to take advantage of one of their stronger value plays available for Tuesday. Kaputstka has looked excellent at both ends of the pitch so far in this tournament and at just $5K he represents an excellent option to plug in to our midfield in an effort to save more money to spend big money elsewhere.

F: Alvaro Morata, Spain

Salary: $9,400

Morata exploded for two goals in Spain’s 3-0 win over Turkey and there is no doubt about his value as the top striker option in our lineup for Tuesday’s Euro fantasy tournaments. Morata had five shots in that win over Turkey and we fully expect him to deliver another strong performance as Spain looks to clinch top spot in the division in its group stage finale.

F: Mario Gomez, Germany

Salary: $7,800

Gomez is another intriguing value option despite not making much of an impact to this point in the tournament. He is absolutely loaded with skill and that talent should translate in a crucial game for Germany with Gomez finding a way to get on the score sheet. He’s a good play in Euro fantasy.

FLEX: Andres Iniesta, Spain

Salary: $6,100

Iniesta has impressed so far in the Euro with his playmaking ability in the middle of the field and it is only a matter of time before it translates to point production. Spain was a bit sluggish in their opener but they kicked it up a notch in their second contest, which was a 3-0 win over Turkey.

Iniesta still has the talent to have a major impact in Spain’s final group stage match versus Croatia and he is the best player we still have available to us with the $6.1K we have left to spend on our final FLEX spot in Euro fantasy.
