Florida Atlantic Owls – Hofstra Pride Preview

A five-game road winless streak may come to a stop for the Florida Atlantic Owls (2-9) when they compete against the Hofstra Pride (6-4) at Mack Sports Complex. The game gets underway at 7:00 pm ET on Tuesday, Dec. 22.

The Pride lost a tough one against Stony Brook 71-68 on Sunday. Brian Bernardi was a top performer for the Pride, putting up 22 points, two steals, and one rebound. The Owls are coming off a 64-59 loss at the hands of Florida State on Saturday. C.J. Turman scored 10 points and recorded 15 rebounds earning his third double-double of the season.

This one isn’t expected to be close when Hofstra, a heavy 14-point favorite, takes on Florida Atlantic. According to the oddsmakers, the Over/Under (O/U) is currently 149 points.
