Florida Atlantic Owls vs Northeastern Huskies NCAAB Odds

The Northeastern Huskies (2-0) take on the Florida Atlantic Owls (0-2) at John D. Millett Hall. The game gets underway at 5:00 pm ET on Friday, Nov. 20.

The Huskies easily got past Wentworth 91-62 on Tuesday. Jimmy Marshall had 14 points, three steals, and three rebounds for Northeastern. The Owls are coming off a bitter 75-72 loss to Warner on Tuesday. C.J. Turman scored 16 points and recorded 11 rebounds earning his first double-double of the season.

Northeastern, a nine-point favorite, will look to capitalize at home against Florida Atlantic. The Over/Under (O/U) for the matchup is 140 points. The Huskies have no trouble scoring as they rank 43rd in the nation in offense with 89.0 points per game.

Over on the other bench, even though it’s still early, the Owls have to be disappointed with the way their season has started. They haven’t yet notched a SU victory, going 0-2, and still haven’t covered the spread in any of their matchups. The Owls are shooting lights out from the foul line so far, with a .765 free throw percentage that ranks 38th in Division I. Switching gears to the Florida Atlantic defense, teams don’t seem to hit many three-pointers against the Owls, who are 37th in the country in terms of three-point field goals allowed at nine this season.

Northeastern and Florida Atlantic will be facing off for their first head-to-head game in recent seasons.

Predictions: SU Winner – NE, ATS Winner – NE, O/U – Over
