Burroughs starts off podcast #20 by taking us through last week’s action where unheralded Jim Herman out played Henrik Stenson coming down the stretch to pick up his first PGA tour win at the Shell Houston Open. After nearly a month break, the Champions Tour was back in action in Mississippi for the Mississippi Gulf Resort and Miguel Angel Jimenez won his third Champions Tour title by holding off Scott Dunlap to win by two strokes. The LPGA Tour had its first major of the year and to no one’s surprise, World No. 1 Lydia Ko picked up her second major by winning the LPGA ANA Inspiration. Ko becomes the youngest woman in history to have to major title before she reaches the age of 19. She’s the best!
Our host takes us through this week’s MASTERS. Burroughs played in the Masters in 1984 and shares his humorous and intriguing stories about his week at the Masters, which includes a story about the greatest player in the game, Jack Nicklaus.
Burroughs gives his bold predictions for all of this week’s action and helps you set your fantasy team with players to fade and players to ride.
