Todd Gurley’s knee issues have been the biggest drama of the Los Angeles Rams offseason. Monday night, his personal trainer, Travelle Gaines, confirmed that the star running back had been dealing with arthritis issues in his surgically repaired knee and he and the team had been taking that into consideration in Gurley’s workload and playing weight. Last season Gurley played in 14 regular season games, gaining 1,251 yards and scoring a league-leading 17 touchdowns. He added 59 catches for 580 yards and four touchdowns through the air.

Floyd looking to break out in 2019
While Khalil Mack tore up opponents of the Chicago Bears last season, his teammate, Leonard Floyd, didn’t exactly light up the stat sheet. Floyd dealt with a hand injury most of the season and couldn’t contribute at his talent level. Floyd is looking to bounce back and compliment Mack more this season. Floyd recorded 47 tackles, nine for a loss, one interception, one returned for a touchdown, one fumble recovery and four sacks last season.
