Live Blog: TNF on CBS – Patriots at Buccaneers

The Bucs host the Pats in Tampa Bay tonight.

Our Week Five begins with the defending Super Bowl 51 Champion New England Patriots (2-2) travelling to Florida to take on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (2-1) on Thursday Night Football inside Raymond James Stadium.

The 2017 Thursday Night Football Presented by Bud Light season continues Thursday, October 5 when quarterback Tom Brady and the New England Patriots travel to face quarterback Jameis Winston and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at 8:25 PM ET on CBS, NFL Network and Amazon Prime Video.
Jim Nantz and Tony Romo, along with Tracy Wolfson and Jay Feely call the action from Tampa.
At 6:00 PM ET on NFL Network, TNF GameDay previews the Patriots-Buccaneers matchup with host Amber Theoharis and analysts Marshall Faulk, Michael Irvin and Steve Smith Sr. live from NFL Network’s MediaCruiser located outside of Raymond James Stadium. New this season, NFL Network’s MediaCruiser is a mobile set which will allow for the network to broadcast from any location and provide an opportunity to interact with fans across the country in an intimate setting, offering a great TV viewing experience.
Featured this week on TNF GameDay is the next installment of NFL Media’s new series Life After Football, which profiles former Patriots quarterback Drew Bledsoe. The former No. 1 overall pick discusses his second career as a winemaker and takes viewers on a tour of his vineyard.
At 7:30 PM ET on CBS, NFL Network and Amazon Prime Video, Thursday Night Kickoff airs from inside Raymond James Stadium with James Brown, Deion Sanders and Bill Cowher, providing the final say leading up to kick-off between Patriots-Buccaneers.
At halftime, Brown, Sanders and Cowher break down the first half. Immediately following the game, the postgame show airs live from Raymond James Stadium on CBS, NFL Network and Amazon Prime Video, with Theoharis, Sanders, Faulk, Irvin and Smith Sr. providing highlights, analysis and live interviews.
Following the postgame show, a new episode of NFL Films’ series The Timeline premieres on NFL Network with The Tuck Rule, telling the story behind the controversial call that secured a playoff victory for the Patriots over the Oakland Raiders in the 2001 AFC Divisional Round game.
Additional postgame coverage continues at 1:00 AM ET from Los Angeles with Cole Wright, Willie McGinest, David Carr and DeMarcus Ware on NFL Total Access: Endgame.
