Los Angeles Dodgers – Colorado Rockies Preview – 08.30.2016

Tyler Anderson (4-5, 3.69 ERA) and Rich Hill (10-3, 2.09 ERA) are on the hill in the second of a three-game series between the Colorado Rockies (63-68) and the Los Angeles Dodgers (73-58) at Coors Field. The Rockies won the last game 8-1, and Colorado leads the series 1-0. Action begins at 8:40 p.m. ET on Tuesday, Aug. 30 and can be seen on SNLA and RTRM.

Anderson pitched 5.0 innings in his most recent start, surrendering two runs, striking out 10 and walking two in a 7-1 defeat to the Brewers. Nolan Arenado (.293, 96 Rs, 35 HRs, 112 RBIs, 2 SBs) continued his strong play yesterday, going 2 for 4 with one run and one RBI. Hill went 6.0 innings, surrendering zero runs and striking out three in a 1-0 win over the Giants in his last outing.

Los Angeles takes on Colorado as a -150 favorite. The Over/Under (O/U) for the matchup is sitting at 11 runs. The Rockies have an overall money line of +41 and a record as the underdog of 37-45.
