Maine Black Bears – New Hampshire Wildcats Preview – 02.08.2016

It will be a battle between America East opponents when the New Hampshire Wildcats (13-9) welcome the Maine Black Bears (8-15) to Lundholm Gym. The game gets underway at 7:00 pm ET on Monday, Feb. 8.

The Wildcats beat Binghamton 59-55 on Saturday. Tanner Leissner led all scorers on the team with 21 points on 6-for-13 shooting. The Black Bears, meanwhile, are coming off an 83-79 loss to UMBC on Saturday. Devine Eke recorded 13 points, four steals, and four rebounds.

This will be the second matchup of the season between these two teams. The Wildcats won the first game 99-91. Leissner was a top performer in the victory with 30 points, seven rebounds, two assists, and one block.
